Dashboard
Your hiring at a glance, plus AI-recommended candidates.
- 1Sign in; the Dashboard opens by default.
- 2Review connected colleges, candidates in your pool, reach-outs sent/approved, interviews, and offer acceptance.
- 3Scroll to “Recommended candidates” — best matches to your company profile, ranked by skills fit and readiness.
- 4Check “Top skills in your talent pool” and “Strongest colleges” to see where to focus outreach next.
🎯
Talent Pool
Search and filter every candidate across your connected colleges.
- 1Open “Talent Pool”.
- 2Switch between “By college” (browse cohort-by-cohort, with per-college analytics) and “All candidates” (a flat, filterable list).
- 3Filter by domain/vertical (IT, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Management, Diploma), department, state, readiness tier, and minimum CGPA — domain is a soft preference, not a hard filter, since strong candidates from other branches can still be trained to adapt.
- 4Sort by Best match, Readiness (PRS), or CGPA. “Best match” blends your company profile with each candidate's skills and readiness.
- 5Click a candidate to view their profile, or “Reach out” — your interest goes to their college for approval; contact details and resume unlock only after approval (DPDP-compliant).
✅
Hiring Pipeline
Candidates whose college approved your outreach.
- 1Open “Hiring Pipeline” — it lists candidates once their college has approved your outreach.
- 2Chat with the candidate, schedule interviews or tests, and issue an offer letter, all from one place.
🚀
Campus Drives
Drives from colleges you mutually follow.
- 1Open “Campus Drives” — drives from colleges you mutually follow appear here automatically.
- 2Open a drive to shortlist students; your shortlist is sent to the TPO for approval.
- 3Use “College CRM” to search and follow the colleges you want to reach out to — once a college follows back, it's selectable in “Plan a Drive”.
- 4Use the drive calendar to track upcoming dates.
💬
College Outreach
Follow colleges and message the ones connected to you.
- 1Open “College Outreach”.
- 2Under “Discover”, browse and follow colleges you want to recruit from — this is your college CRM.
- 3Once a college follows you back, a direct message thread opens under “Messages” so you can coordinate drives and shortlists with their TPO team.
